I've had intermittent issues for months now with my hub 3. It periodically stops working on the 2.4g WiFi (5g unaffected).
It is very inconvenient as I have a lot of connected devices on the 2.4g channels and the only way to fix it has been to factory reset and set everything up again.
I tried saving the settings last time and reinstalling that settings file the last time it happened but that didn't work and only a full factory reset worked.
It has happened again but this time even a factory reset doesn't fix the issue and I'm stuck with only 5g and most of my devices unable to access the internet.
Could an admin please help me out in getting my hub3 replaced?
Thanks.

Hi, (unfortunately) this is already how I have the bands set up.
Thanks for the suggestion though. 👍

Our Hub 3 has only once not started the 2.4Ghz service after a reboot.
The menu showed 2.4Ghz as enabled - using a WiFi analyser confirmed no signal transmission.
By Disabling 2.4 Ghz and then clicking "Apply changes"
and a few minutes later Enabling 2.4 Ghz and then clicking "Apply changes"
the 2.4 Ghz service was restarted.
If it does not work or often goes down a defect could be the conclusion.

I have tried cycling the 2.4g channel in the past but don't normally leave it a few minutes, I'll give that a try thanks.
But it definitely happens far too often (not even after a reboot) so I'm convinced it's a hardware issue.

One can see that after clicking "Apply changes" the Hub 3 refreshes the WiFi settings screen quickly.
But using a WiFi Analyser we see the Hub 3 plods through the process of shutting down its WiFi services, making the changes and resuming the WiFi services, it really can take 2 or 3 minutest to complete a task such as a channel or bandwidth change.
I was allowing time for these kind of hidden events to occur.
