Nhs vpn

Hi, 

I work for the NHS. My work laptop has a 'always on VPN'. I think my superhub 4 is blocking it. My laptop works fine at work and if I connect to my mobile Internet. 

I have put the hub into modem mode. I am using a gigaswitch and Google mesh. It never connects via ethernet cable (it says connected but no Internet) . It intermittently connects via WiFi but ends up stopping. Other devices work fine.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Connect the laptop to the hub in modem mode (allow the hub to be powered off for 2mins) and see if you can VPN.

The gigaswitch needs to be connected to your Google mesh port and Google mesh directly to the hub in modem mode.

They say The vpn is being blocked by my isp. 

The laptop works at work and via my mobile Internet.

VM don't block VPN.

They also don't allow business use so the support you will get will be minimum.
