New self installation kit not being fully setup

Hi, i got self installation kit with hub 3. I followed all instructions and I can see green wifi icon and green light blinking. It’s been 4 hours but still green light is blinking but it says that it should be setup in 30 minutes to 2 hours and light will go white but after 4 hours I still see green light blinking.

what can be an issue? I check cables and all others but all seems fine.
