The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

How did you order this?

Have you also checked your online account here for any appointments?

It may have been arranged for a service technician to attend instead of being sent out.

What is not stated is that it is very rare for VM to send out a new Hub to anyone. It usually involves a technician’s visit.
