New router

Hi,

 

I’ve got new router I think it is Hub 5, I want to login to security setting to set up the new router but I can’t do it through Virgin Media App as it is not connected to the new router, I have tried to delete the App and VM connect App and reset it but still not working. 
Any advice please?

Connect via 192.168.0.1 and use the 'settings' password on the base of the HUB (NOT the wifi password!).

I have tried this already but it didn’t work.

now my VM app connect to my new router but it when I try to change the setting it doesn’t work! I am trying to apply parental controls, child safe is on but I still can access adult material.

It is sorted now.

Take care with adjusting the Hub 5 Wi-Fi settings.
Modifying the SSIDs can render the Hub 5 Wi-Fi inoperable.
