Virgin have replaced my hub 4 router the technician said he sent a request for my pods to connect ro my new router but they won't connect, who do I contact

Try the equipment activation number on - 0800 953 9500 (option 3) – you may need the Hub serial numbers/MAC addresses off the barcode stickers and also your account number
