So after losing nearly all WiFi and having my wired connection drop from 200mbps to about 60, virgin sent me a new router. Arrived today, plugged it in and boom better than ever....except every couple of hours the box seems to reset itself. I lose all internet and when I check the box it starts with just yellow light flashing and then goes through the whole restart process and after 5-10 mins the internets back at the expected amounts. is this just a new issue with a new router that will resolve or a simple fix? I really don’t want to wait for virgins non existent Twitter team to ignore my message or spend another hour on hold to customer service!
