New router crash?

So after losing nearly all WiFi and having my wired connection drop from 200mbps to about 60, virgin sent me a new router. Arrived today, plugged it in and boom better than ever....except every couple of hours the box seems to reset itself. I lose all internet and when I check the box it starts with just yellow light flashing and then goes through the whole restart process and after 5-10 mins the internets back at the expected amounts. is this just a new issue with a new router that will resolve or a simple fix? I really don’t want to wait for virgins non existent Twitter team to ignore my message or spend another hour on hold to customer service!

Try again with the C & P and when the warning comes up click Post again or split the pasted data into separate posts.

Re: New router crash?

cant even split it with just top section of upstream part! says same and wont send

channel     freq     power   symbol rate     modulation      channel id

1         46200000   41.275    5120           64 qam                 3

1         53700000   4.35  5120           64 qam                 2

1         39400000   4.2    5120           64 qam                 4

1         60300000   4.425    5120           64 qam                 1

upstream bond channels all say ATDMA and 0's in all timeouts
