Hello everyone,
I had a router that would connect instantly to the Hub 4 (set in modem mode) and everything was working perfectly fine.
The reason I have a separate router is because I have more than 25 "smart" devices connected to it.
Lately it hasn't been working as it used to (few connection drop outs) so I decided to upgrade. Got a newer model of the same brand (Xiaomi).
I'm trying to set it up and I'm doing the exact same things, but from videos I've checked on YouTube, it's asking for a login and password (various users say "check you internet agreement").
I could be wrong but I don't remember ever getting these from Virgin, the whole thing connected on its own (DHCP).
Any idea how to get them?
