New order for broadband

Hi,

I have placed a order on 9th of April for broadband and the order ref is WS6781824. I was not given any account number.

I have been wondering about the status of my order and how long it is going to take to deliver the hub?

Hi please tell me your name,postcode,house number and contact number and ill check over the work order tomorrow,

If nothing has been processed ill get one of the sales team to call you ASAP.
