I have had my new iPhone 11pro for a couple of weeks now. I was on EE but figured because Virgin use the EE network it should work just as well. I have very little signal in my house and my shop so have broadband in both. I thought I would be able to have Wi-Fi calling which worked fine on my old iPhone 8 but even though it is turned on does not work on my new phone.
i have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions even going so far as to completely erase and reset my new phone.
None of this has worked. I have not received a confirmation text from Virgin to say Wi-Fi calling should work. I ported my number from EE.
is there anything else I can try before I send it back and cancel the contract?
