New hub3.

WiFi showing weak security. Have logged into as per instructions but it’s telling me password incorrect. It’s the password provided and I haven’t changed it!!

can you advise??

On the base of the hub there are two password make sure you are using the setting password should be all numbers, if you have confirmed that the next option would be too do a full reset, press and hold the reset button on the back of the router for a timed 60 secs, release the button and wait for the lights (do not power off the hub) to stabilize once light are stable you should be able to log back in at if the reset worked when you go there it will ask you for language.
