usual problem - judging amount of posts.
new hub 5, wifi pods won’t connect or be found.
help with ‘provisioning’ pods to new hub please?
I have phoned tech support but no call back.

Indeed many posts ... each with the exact same question ... each with the exact same answer ...
Call the activation number 0800 953 9500, request the VM Pods are paired to the replacement Hub. For the call have to hand your VM a/c number, the full details from the Hub’s sticker and ALL the VM Pods.

i tried that number a few times over last week and its just the usual virgin line.
and still await return of call.

You are the first to report this.
Do not expect a call back from VM. Santa Claus will appear in Oxford Street, London before a call back happens.
