New hub 5 now wifi pod not working

Got new hub 5 one week ago and now all 3 wifi pods won’t connect. I have called/whatsapped numerous times with promises of call backs but predictably nothing transpires. On hold for one hour again this morning so gave up. 
Is there any way this can be sorted quickly as multiple wifi black spots without pods?



Only an ISP without a brain could continue to annoy customers by not pairing the VM Pods to the newly issued Hub.

If the folks at VM think I am being harsh, you deserve both barrels of my 12 bore on this one it is a daily failure.

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums.

We're sorry to hear your WiFi pods aren't working since your new Hub 5 was activated. 

The team will need to re-provision the pods to sync up with your new hub. Give them a call on 150 / 0345 454 1111 options 1, 3 then 3 again and they can get this done for you.
