New hub 5 not connecting to app

I have just upgraded to 1 gig broadband to get a new router but it is not connecting to my app? Can anyone help me?

Which device / mobile is involved  ?

Which app is not connecting ?

 

The virgin media connect app isn't picking up my new hub 5.

I am using my android mobile (Vivo Y70) that I have always used for this app

Thanks for the update Bigboybutler and glad to hear this has now been resolved. There is support available here for the Connect App and via the app itself.
