Installed my new hub 4 a few days ago. Internet continually drops out. When working speeds good 196 mbps. Then after a short time of watching video on Facebook or chatting on Web call the Internet signal drops away and I can't connect. I have done the off/on thing several times. Rang virgin and after 30 minutes waiting to talk to someone she then tried to transfer me to tech support but could not do this stating 'they are having problems with their phones' they now suppose to call me when they get their phone issue resolved.
