New customer unable to access account

Settling in

Hi, I am meant to be receiving a broadband delivery today but I have not received a welcome email to confirm that the delivery is happening. I rang customer services and they said they cannot check as I do not have an account number. I placed the order on the 24th of August and got an email confirming my order but have received nothing since.

Please help? 



Try the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734, they may be able to work from a name +  address.
