New customer - Hub3 - yellow light - slow internet

Hi, I’m a new customer. Installed my Hub 3 yesterday and had very good speeds (~190 MB... I’m on the M210 package). However, a few hours after that, I’ve had the yellow light on and no greater speed than around 10 MB. I’ve had the yellow light ever since I have switched off/on and hard reset a number of times. No problems in my area apparently. Grateful for any help / advice! Have tried calling VM but instantly get cut off.
