New broadband not working

Hi,

I have just installed the Hub 3 with my new broadband and eveything is plugged in but the base light just keeps flashing green. I tried few times but still not working. Any idea how it is to be solved? I check the wall end and the socket is already rusted but unsure if this is the casue.

See if the Hub has been activated correctly onto your account.

Call the equipment activation number on - 0800 953 9500 (option 3) – you will need the Model numbers, serial numbers/MAC addresses off the barcode stickers of ALL pieces of kit and also your account number
