Thanks for popping back - I have located your account from your forum information and on second glance, the new Pods had not actually been activated. The self-installation order was still open and was not closed automatically as it should have done.
Once the order is closed, this will then activate the new Pods for you. I have done this now for you and they should be working correctly within around 30 minutes. Please reboot your Hub and Pods and let us know of any developments.
If you are still having issues, we'll now be able to do more diagnostics now the order has been closed.
