Hi, I’m a virgin media broadband customer, I’ve been with you for 4+ years with the same router. Woke up yesterday morning and the router is completely DEAD. I’ve checked multiple adaptors and it seems the router is broke!
I understand the current COVID situation but I was on the phone to call centre for 3 hours yesterday which ended up getting hang up on.
Only people replying was for upgrades and cancellations! Can somebody help me out here?
