New Router Order

How do I contact VM to chase status of my new router (obvs very important at the moment for work). I ordered it yesterday but nothing shows on my account, I have not received a promised text and there are no online or phone options to select that are relevant.

Nope. If I get told next working day, that is what I expect, not later to be told when it hasn't turned up that they mean 'within three working days'.

Agreed, but better to manage expectations than promise what they can't deliver or won't deliver.
