My WIFI drops at least 4-5 times a day and we have to unplug/plug the router. It is not anything to do with the pandemic and usage as it was doing it before the pandemic hit. We need a new hub. How do I get a new one? It is impossible to contact Virgin media to get help/support.
a confusing statement - does it drop or not - if wired is fine then the problem is not VM's input - you would need to look at the wifi which again is not something VM will do - you pay for a connection to the hub the wifi is an add on
