New Hub

Hub 2 keeps disconnecting,  tried usual fixes.  Work from home so can not afford to be out of contact.  Please send new Hub.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

 

My apologies for the delayed reply and the broadband issues. 

 

I've checked the systems today and there's no issue showing, all the levels are in spec. I do therefore hope everything is resolved, however do please let me know if we can assist further.
