New Hub 4 not allowing web access

Hi all

We swapped to the new Hub4 today and while my husband's phone can connect automatically with password, my phone and windows laptop couldn't. I managed to fix my phone by changing a settings to set my MAC address, but struggling to get my windows laptop to connect - it can see and connect to the hub itself but is blocked from Internet access. I have no idea what settings to change. Any ideas?!

Hi @Kljcollins 

The new hub 4 will have a different Wifi network name (SSID) and Wifi password than the old hub.

Either change the SSID and password on the hub4 to match the one on your older hub, or enter the new details on your windows laptop
