I recently had my Hub4 replaced due to sporadic internet drop outs. which started as once or twice a day and gradually got worse to the point it was disconnected 90% of the time ( Lights band was white most the time, but occasionally went green ) It was diagnosed remotely that the Hub was faulty so sent a replacement.
This failed to auto register so contacted VM who said they would send an activation request which could take up to 4 hours.
4 Hours later I now have it showing a red light band, no SSID broadcast and no internet.
I will try VM again today but getting frustrating now

Hey @SBrownlow, thanks for the reply.
I've had a look and the appointment I can see isn't the typical booking we have.
It's a specialist team that deal with cabling and underground work which is what is needed.
However, I do understand the frustration this can cause.
Let's see how the appointment goes (as it's the nearest one) and we can review things from there to ensure it's working fine.
