We've just bought a new Virgin Broadband package - we're new customers (switching from Vodafone and before that TalkTalk), ordered the Hub 3.0 with the quick start kit, but when I plugged in the hub yesterday evening to set up. The status came up as 'access denied'.
Attached photo of the socket we usually use for Wifi - is this an issue because it's a BT Broadband socket and not a Virgin one?
Also attached photo of the TV cable, the hub didn't come with a splitter for broadband & TV, and the cable runs from outside the house.
Any help or suggestions much appreciated! I haven't been able to get through to Virgin to speak to support today.
