New Hitron router slow?

Just moved into a flat and got my hitron delivered yesterday. Both 5g and 2.4g have 90+ download speed on speedtest but sitting on my phone like 3 meters away from the router and it can’t even load Facebook/Instagram comments, videos buffer constantly too, also connection drops if I walk a couple of rooms away from the router

It’s on top of a chest of draw a so it’s up a height with nothing around it to interfere

Hitron is a VM Business router, you can call the VMB team to request assistance within your SLA.

Check for a service fault in your street via : 0800 561 0061.
Make sure the mobile phone is not using a VPN / Apple private browsing tools / Android DNS changer.

Is the speed normal with a laptop connected to the network ports  ?
