Hi,
I am a new virgin media customer and was due to recieve a WiFi router from Yodel (20/02/21) but recieved nothing - the parcel status is 'delivered'. I have contacted Yodel to chase this but I have since recieved a text message from Virgin to say my service has been 'Activated'.
This is quite stressful due to WFH and my current WiFi contract (with another provider) running out next week!
Does anyone know if Virgin is able to resend out routers if we can't find our parcel?
Will i be charged for the days that my service has been activated but I am not using it (because I don't have a router yet!
Please help!
