Apologies that you're also experiencing similar issues with your broadband. Can you elaborate on what exactly is happening please so I know how to help?

 

I've had a look at the backend of your services and I'm not able to see anything that would causing a problem for you.

Completely forgot to post a follow up reply after my second engineer visit.

 

Haven't had any issues ever since 🙂 turned out to be a old piece of copper causing issues at the box. Line completely stable ever since 😄
