Re: Network issues

I believe the errors shown are normal - the issues resolve themselves by retries etc.

Have you noticed any issues with your broadband?

Re: Network issues

Only the T4 is a bad error. Please provide your full stats.

Re: Network issues

Hi middleagedhouse,

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you may be having an issue with your broadband.

@Andrew-G did a brilliant post to explain the router log errors and what they mean. If you want to know more then you can see it here: Hub status data - understanding network log messages

I'm happy to take a look in to things but I've been unable to locate you on our systems using your forum credentials. I will need to confirm some information with you in order for me to proceed with checks.

I have sent you a private message regarding this and will investigate further once I receive your reply. Just click on the little plum envelope at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox.
Thanks,

Re: Network issues

Hi middleagedhouse,

Thanks for coming back to me so quickly on this.

Checking our systems, I can see that there is a fault open that is affecting you. The details of that are here:

  • Fault reference number: F009620816
  • Estimated fix time: 16 FEB 2022 12:30
  • Description: Status report || You might find that your Virgin Fibre, Voice and Virgin TV services are intermittent, with the picture freezing or disappearing now and then. We are sorry and our engineers are working hard to resolve this for you.

I have made a note of this on your account so the relevant teams are aware you are affected. If there is anything else we can do, let us know.

Thanks,
