I'm a new customer. I got my Broadband Kit this morning and plugged it in.
I got the text message from Virgin Media that they've sent the signal to my home and everything's ready.
I can see the white solid light is on but no Internet connection, the WAN IP is not available and default gateway is 0.0.0.0
I checked the HUB info and status.
Network Access : Blocked
Can anyone help please ?

Have you had the service activated?
Pick up the phone dial 150 and it will say you have new services to activate

After I called 0345 454 1111, they reset my router remotely, my the Internet and phone is live.
