Network Speeds Drop in evenings After Removal of TV equipment a few weeks ago

Hi all,

I keep experiencing slow network speeds and I am using CAT6 Ethernet cables I am on M100 and usually get 113 Down and 10 UP

recently I have been getting 20MBPS DOWN and the upload is variable but higher than 5MBPS

These issues have started after I changed services with virgin and removed the TV package so i was not sure if this could have impacted signal levels as I have a Coaxial signal booster due to my distance from the Node.

I have noticed virgin working in the area in the main Node that connects to my streets Cab so I'm not sure if it could be their either.

I have attached a BMQ below

BMQ

Just to clarify all cables are tight and connected and are in the same condition as when they were installed.

I have also just had a 20 year old Coax replaced by virgin and that solved the original problem for a long time on the outside of the house that was 20 years old.

Here are bits of information

Re: Network Slow Down After Removal of TV equipment

When you removed the TV box, did you leave its coax in place?  If so, disconnect it from the splitter.
