Network Name Change

Having to replace old superhub2 that has served me well due to VOIP introduction.

Am I correct in thinking I can change both Network Name and Password on initial installation to the same as my existing set up and avoid having to reset all the devices etc on the system.

If you can are there any known issues I could face.

TIA for any advice.

Re: Network Name Change

You can take the current SSID / Password forward to the new Hub and that allows all the WiFi devices to reconnect.

We did this when a Hub 3 failed, it worked fine.   But for ...

The 1 note-to-self  is if the factory reset button is used on the new Hub, the above process will need to be repeated.
