Netgear Orbi RBK50 with Superhub 4 - Purple Light Issues

Hi All,

Based in Hertfordshire and using the Netgear Orbi RBK50 with a Superhub 4.

The Router for the Orbi has been intermittently changing to the Purple light this afternoon (Solid purple) but the light on the Superhub 4 has remained the same white colour.

Does anyone have any best practices on troubleshooting this? i.e. if it's an Issue with the Orbi or with Virgin's service?

There are lots of these 'down detector' websites for example, but never know which of them provide an accurate update of what's actually going on.

What does the user guide for the Orbi indicate such a light means?
