Can anyone help me with this issue as virgin cannot find a solution for my issue.
Netflix loads but won’t play movies over WiFi or when connected via Ethernet on iPhone, iPad or Apple TV
When I switch to 4G the movie loads
While the movie is playing if I switch back to WiFi the movie will play to the end but won’t initiate playing another title until I again connect via 3G/4G
Everything else works fine Prime, Disney+ and AppleTv+ even in 4K
Netflix works fine on two smart TVs in the house one over WiFi the other hardwired to the router
IPad and iPhone play Netflix fine on other WiFi networks including virgin media broadband
This has been happening since October
Driving me crazy

It’s an issue with vm hosted Netflix cdn nodes.
It is possible to resolve it, but only if you have a 3rd party router and can force an IP address change or get vm to send you a new hub to force the ip change.https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Networking-and-WiFi/Netflix-problem/td-p/4457189

Thanks for the information
hopefully a new hub will fix the issue
Finally sorted my issue
added a deco m5 to my set up and forced an ip change by cloning a MAC address
Couldn’t have done this without your advice
