Netflix error NW-2-4

Just had the engineer in to install my hub3 and everything is working well, except my 2 smart TV’s. When I try to load Netflix I only get this error NW-2-4 and cannot get into Netflix. I’ve tried on my phone etc and works fine. Only started it today after the engineer was in.

Any suggestions?

Reconnect your Smart TVs to the Hub.

Re: Netflix error NW-2-4

Yeah I done that when I reconnected all my devices. I have tried resetting the router, TV, reinstalled the Netflix app etc

Re: Netflix error NW-2-4

Can you Login to the Hub Settings and navigate to the Connected Devices page - what is the reported 'connection speed’ for the TVs ?

Re: Netflix error NW-2-4

They are connecting to the Hub OK.

Try connecting the TVs to the other frequency.

Re: Netflix error NW-2-4

Just while I was in the router settings I run a diagnostic and it’s come up saying your home network has a few problems. Then a red marker at WiFi connections
