Netflix and Prime Video subscriptions

I already have subscription s to these from Amazon Prime member and subscribe to Netflix separately through my last broadband provider. What should I do?

Re: Netflix and Prime Video subscriptions

I pay my prime yearly in Amazon and have been a member of Netflix for 3 years now. I don't want to pay double membership to Virgin Media now that I have VM TV and Broadband since 26/10/2020.

Re: Netflix and Prime Video subscriptions

Thank you for coming back to us @ddcrangle

You would need to pay for the subscriptions twice, you can use your existing details to log in on the apps.

Kind regards,

Zak_M

What does that have to do with you Virgin package?

Re: Netflix and Prime Video subscriptions

Sorry, that should say you wouldn't need to pay for the subscription twice.

Re: Netflix and Prime Video subscriptions

Sorry about that @ddcrangle

Just to clarify - you do not need to pay 2 subscriptions for Amazon video and Netflix.

You can use your current subscription to watch both on our set top boxes.

I hope that clears any confusion up.

Kind regards,

Zak_M
