We are aware that some broadband customers are experiencing intermittent issues with Netflix. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

This is not true.  I still have my old internet on line and it works perfectly well on it.  The problem is Virgin Media not Apple.

Is virgin likely to release an explanation of what happened (RCA) as other service providers do when there is an outage? Speaking to both Neflix and Virgin support on day 3 of the issue when asking what the actual issue was I was told "We have identified that customers using Netflix on Virgin Media are affected" which makes it sound like for the first 3 days all you could figure out was it affected customers. While I'm grateful for the issue to be resoled 3 days to identify what was going on is a long time.

It would be really good if someone from the Virgin team could give brief explanation of went on here, because it does seem mighty odd :).
