Netflix : Images not displaying on multiple devices
I recently became a new Virgin Media broadband customer. I am using the M100 package.
I imagine it is irrelevant but my package includes TV and as my TV has not yet arrived, I have only connected the Wifi so far.
I completed a speed test and my speed appears to be in line with what is expected (Ping 9ms, Download 111.5mbps, Upload 9.9mbps).
However, when using Netflix via chrome on my Macbook Pro, iPhone app, and also when using my wife's Android app, the thumbnail images for all content are missing. I am browsing through a big black menu and on some menus, the titles are also missing.
I believe all signs point to this being a wifi/connection issue, right?
