I wonder if you can help. I have had Virgin installed for a number of years, and my neighbour who has recently moved in has had Virgin come to install the TV/Internet/Phone in their house. As they didn't have an omnibox already there, an engineer has attached this to my brown omnibox and hasn't returned to install an omnibox on their property. My neighbour has been on the phone numerous times to Virgin to get this fixed, I have been on hold for over an hour, and the Customer Service Team coming back that the issue has been fixed. It hasn't as the cable is still in our omnibox 3 weeks later. Signal isn't as good as it was previously.
Please can someone get in contact with me, as us households are getting fed up of this now.
