When there has been a conversion in an area, we would need to look at sending someone out to check things at the address. The best way to get this arranged is to speak to our sales team on 0800 183 1234. They will be able to arrange for a survey to be done and if the results of this show we can install then this will be updated on our system.
Just to set expectations it can take a little while to get things sorted from the survey to having live services but the team will keep you updated on things.
