Hello,
I need a wifi pod in my office as I don't get a connection but the connect app gives me an error probably because the connection is soooo thin.
Given I'm on the top subscription plan is anyone able to send me one?

Move a little closer to the Hub to get the Connect App to connect, but to still give a low speed test.
If the coverage in the office is sooo thin as described, be aware that placing a VM Pod in the office will not help.
The VM Pod must be placed mid way between the Hub and the office to be effective.

Sometimes if you move in-between the hub and where you are struggling for signal it should pick it up.
