Need to order a WiFi Pod

Hi, I need to order a WiFi Pod urgently as we have dead spots in our house. I have tried connecting to the VM Connect app on more than 30 occasions, using various techniques advised on these forums, to no avail. It seems it's a known issue, with no resolution date given. I have also had no luck with Customer Service or VM website, can someone please help me get this ordered.

I am also awaiting VOLT upgrade and have provided all details via the text message process. Our installer also did the same, so WiFi Pod should be free.



Our you could buy a Wi-Fi Repeater from Amazon / Argos et al and have a device that work so much better !

I've had a very similar experience. Virgins customer service is utterly dreadful eh. They outright lie to your face. Could you let me know if you have a positive outcome with this issue. Best of luck.
