Need to move router

Hello,

Due to some house remodelling our Virgin Media router needs to be moved from downstairs to upstairs. I have read some forum posts where the moderators replied to similar requests by sending a private message to the customer.

Could you please get in touch to get this work booked in?

There will be a price of £25. 

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
