Need to activate account

Hi,

I've currently moved into a student house and UniHomes have provided wifi with Virgin. The box can't seem to connect. After a phone call, virgin said the account needed activating, any idea on how to do this I rang back the following day but got nowhere.

Call the equipment activation number they may be able to help. It's 0800 953 9500 and you will need the Hub serial number/MAC address from the barcode sticker, and your account number.
