Need help to order a pod

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE FROM VIRGIN HELP ME? 

have a Volt package but getting 1 to 2mb in living room.

Been round  and round the constant loop of resetting router.

Still the same. The link to live chat doesn't work.

I can't remember which options I selected but eventually got to a real person who supposedly ordered a pod but I haven't received it or had any confirmation of the call. 

I am really fed up with Virgin Media.

You call 0800 064 3850 to order the first one after scanning for blackspots using the connect App.- or just wait here for a VM person to respond in a day or two and they will sort the first one for you. If you do call dont get fobbed off by the offshore CS agents' saying you aren’t eligible - you are - it is clearly stated on the webpage.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Which options should you take on the phone , I’ve been round and round the options , never get a real person and never get to the point of being able to order pods

I can confirm that a pod has been ordered and will be with in the next 2 to 3 working days.

Please can you confirm where the pod is being sent to?

The agent who was supposed to be sending one out last week said it would be delivered to a local courier collection point but I didn't receive any collection details.

Hey @Wightbioy,

Without clearing account security I would not be able to confirm this, the location would either be the address listed on the account, otherwise if it is sent to a collection point, you will receive a text upon arrival of where this is.
