My Hub4 is having connectivity issues as you’ll see in the graphs. Also when the hub is in modem mode I cannot connect a router to it through Ethernet as no internet is sent through any of the 4 ports. So hub4 Ethernet ports don’t work in modem mode and in router mode the devices connected disconnect frequently and experience connectivity issues.
Hub4 needs to be replaced clearly. Can’t post upstream and downstream as I can’t connect to router settings at the moment.

Your hub does not need replacing just your line needs to be looked at for your area

reset your hub change to modem mode connect a PC to the hub give it some time unplug replug Ethernet cable till you get internet. are you wishing to connect a better router? copy PC MAC to router then connect it to hub and PC to router

When in modem mode I physically cannot use the Ethernet ports they do not work. I have to factory reset the router in order to gain access to the settings which by default turns it back into router mode. The ports are faulty and ergo needs a new replacement.

Only one port works in modem mode, and it would usually be connected to a 3rd party router.  Access when in modem mode is via 192.168.100.1

Good thing I tried all 4 and attempted to connect my 3rd party router before I made this post then huh. If you wanna comment on my post consider reading it first.

I did read it, and many users are unaware of this one port only.  Just trying to assist.  I'll not be back on this thread, so you can rest easy.

faulty you say do they work in router mode?

Technically if they work in router mode they work in modem mode only reason it would not is a firmware fault.

In router mode 2 of the ports straight up don’t work and other 2 are extremely intermittent causing disconnections and buffering.

Ok so you do need a new hub then ports are hard to die but you some how have done it

Posting about my previous post in which I have explained my hub4 is having connectivity issues with graphs provided from thinkbroadband.
All 4 Ethernet ports on the router are unusable.

I need an engineer to rectify these issues.

If you are not a virgin media mod/admin do not interact with this post, you cannot fix Ethernet ports remotely.
