Need cable moved

Hi,

My fibre cable runs through the flower bed in my neighbour's drive way. They are going to be doing some re-paving and other work so that cable needs to be moved.

How do I go about getting this arranged?

Hi Ben,

As this was never properly resolved the last time, can we get someone from Virgin to come and take another look again? My neighbour wants that cable removed from the flowerbed in his driveway.

Nic, how did you get on ?

I've recently noticed my cable has also been installed via my neighbour's garden, couldn't have been laid more than 1cm below ground level as it's now visible along their flower bed.

Did you get them to move it ?
