Need both 2.4G and 5G

  • Hi. My hub runs with 5G but I also need to have 2.4G to run smaller devices. Does anyone know the process for making the connection s run seperately, baring in mind I have no clue about this stuff🙂 cat

As shipped the VM hubs transmit one SSID name for both bands. In the settings of the hub you can give each band a different SSID name, like xxx-2 and xxx-5. You must also turn off the intelligent WiFi setting. If you do split the names you cannot use the VM pods.

If you have no clue VM have made a not easy to use router.
