Hi All,
I recommend Virgin to my neighbours, but given it’s the same type of house same layout they have the same issue as me and need a wife pod. To get a wifi pod I almost had to cancel the contract.
This message is sent from my neighbours account.
They have the 5x router just like me, so I know it’s possible to get a correctly configured pod.
Can anyone help?

Get your neighbours to use the Connect app. That's the official way to get a Pod. They have to scan the property to prove they need one ( or up to three )
If they can't get the app to work, just get them to post here and a VM Mod will pick the thread up and respond.

Check this forum, VM Pods have a patchy record of not working with the Hub 5x.
A commercial Wireless Repeater that can be easily configured for any ISP's Hub / Router would be my choice.

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums. Apologies for the issues that you are having with signal strength around the home. At this present time the Intelligent WiFi pods do not work with the Hub 5x. If you are having issues with signal strength around the home, we can look into relocating the Hub for you, or there are third party WiFi extenders that may work on the Hub 5x.
